Use Google single sign-on, your email, or your phone number to set up your account. Your email/phone number must match contact details in the school’s database for this to work! If your contact details aren’t recognized, contact your school administrator to get them added. After they update your information in their database, the new contact details will appear in ParentSquare after the next daily sync, and you will be able to create an account.

Note: After you are added to ParentSquare by your school, you will receive school communications even if you have not registered your account. However, you will need to register your account in order to participate in two-way communications and to access any confidential student-specific documents or forms.

1. On your cell or mobile device, from the Home screen tap the top Menu icon.   
2. On the left menu, tap on Account and then select Notifications.
3. Activate the Notifications you want to receive with the slider on the right, then select your preferred delivery method for if you want Instant or Digest. 
4. You can also make customized adjustments to how notifications appear for your device by going to your device's Settings, selecting Notifications, and selecting ParentSquare to make changes. 

We highly recommend that every parent/guardian register as you will have access to all the features whereas a non-registered user will have limited access.

If you did not receive a ParentSquare invite, it is possible we have the wrong contact information on file. Please contact your child’s school to verify or correct the contact information we have on file. Please also check your Spam folder. Add donotreply@parentsquare.com to your email contacts so your serve recognizes our messages.

The  invitation link only lasts for 24 hours, but you do not need to wait for a new invitation.  You can proceed to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin and create your account with the email address on file with the school.

If you cannot sign into ParentSquare with your email or phone number, please contact the school main office to make sure your contact information is correct in Powerschool (our Student Information System).

Please check your spam to see if ParentSquare messages are being sent there. If so, mark them as "Not Spam." Also, add donotreply@parentsquare.com to your email contacts so your server recognizes our messages. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact support@parentsquare.com.

If you would like to update your contact information, please click on your name in the top right corner and go to "My Account." From your account page, click "Edit Account" and you will be able to change your contact information. If you receive an error message when trying to edit your phone number or email, please contact your student’s school. Please note that It can take up to 24 hours for your contact information to be synced.

Please go to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin and click "Forgot Password." Put in your email or phone number and you will be sent a link to reset your password.

No, if you prefer, you can navigate to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin  from a computer.

ParentSquare will notify those contacts listed as a primary guardian. ParentSquare is an all-in-one platform that contains personally identifiable information for each student, therefore, we only engage with those designated contacts.

No, each guardian can create their own  account. They will only see information related to the shared student.

Yes, you can customize your notification settings by going to your homepage and clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting "My Account" from the drop down menu. On your account page, you can find your notification settings in the top right corner and click "Change This" to customize your notifications. If you are receiving too many notifications, try changing to the “Digest” setting where you will only receive one condensed message in the evening. Here is a help article on changing your notification settings.

If you are missing a child/school, it may be because:

• Your contact information is inconsistent across the schools' student information systems.

• You have more than one ParentSquare account with different contact information

Action if one account:

• Contact your child’s school to update your contact information. Ensure you have the same email and phone number on file for all children and all schools.

• Your account will be corrected when we sync with the SIS (daily).

Action if multiple accounts:

• Contact your child’s school to update your contact information in the SIS. Verify that each of your children have the same email address and mobile phone number listed for you.

• Delete your ParentSquare user account(s) that does not have the correct email address (choose “Delete” when accessing your account in ParentSquare).

• Your account will be corrected when we sync with the SIS. If the contact information has been made consistent across accounts in the SIS and the ParentSquare account(s) with the incorrect contact information have been deleted, then when we sync, your associations will be pulled into one ParentSquare account.

You can customize your language settings by going to "My Account" and clicking "Change This" under language settings. From here, you can choose any language you prefer from the drop-down menu and you will start to receive content in that language. Here is a help article on how to change your language settings.

How to do it on a computer:

1. Click on your name on the top right corner of the website.
2. Click on “My Account”
3. Under “Language Settings” click “Change this”
4. Choose your language in the drop-down menu.
5. Click “Save.”

How to do it from the phone app:

1. Click the three bars at the top left of the app.
2. Click on “Account”
3. Click on “Preferences”
4. Click on “Language Setting”
5. Choose your language.
